Product introduction：API 16C manifolds include choke/kill types plus specialized ones for diverse conditions (vertical mud manifolds for platform mud circulation, vertical ones for drilling/completion). As key well pressure control equipment, they maintain bottomhole pressure above formation pressure via choke valves (manual/hydraulic/fixed) with BOPs closed, stopping formation fluid inflow. They also enable soft shut-in, overpressure protection, and direct blowout via gate valves.
