Product description

Subsea ROV gate valve employ GBS profile slab gate valve, and ROV mechanical actuator, usually used for Marine oil and gas transmission and exploitation, such as Subsea Manifold (PLEM) / Subsea Pipeline End Termination (PLET) / Subsea Transport Pipeline / Other subsea Produce system. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high reliability and maintenance and can operate in the underwater environment for a long time. 

Design Features: 

01. Metal-to-metal Seats Subsea valves generally use metal to metal seats,with the surface hardened. The valves obtain the optimal sealing surfacestructure according to the finite element analysis of seal pressure and contactcondition of the sealing surface. Metal-to-metal seats are characterized bylong service life, free from maintenance. The sealing surface of the valve seatcan effectively resist the erosion of foreign objects. 

02. Prolonged life soft seals Compared to O-rings, Lip-seal of PTFE enjoyssuperior chemical and ageing resistance, insusceptible to explosivedecompression in gas service. That’s why lipseal would be of better choice. 

03. Metal ring joints Metal ring joint, as primary seals of flanges,can seal against internal service fluid pressure and external pressure fromocean. It is made up of corrosion resistant alloy with excellent sealingperformance and long usage life to serve as a desirable solution to the leakpaths to the environment. 

04. Multi-seal stem sealing solution Stem packing is the most vulnerable area as it isstructured in dynamic sealing. We choose imported high-performance plasticspacking assembly as the primary seal and multi-channel O-ring as auxiliary sealto form stem seal system. The guide belt and the bearing can decrease stem wearand reduce the friction force by making no metal-to-metal contact between stem andcap in motion. This multi-seal configuration ensures longer service life forthe subsea valve and achieves “zero leakage”. 

05. The linear type driving device The driving device can meet the requirements of any water depth through the design of pressure balancer. The key parts are designed to ensure the sealing performance by multichannel dynamic sealing. Specially designed highlighting position indicator can prevent the attachment of marine microorganisms. The gear box is equipped with standard ROV interface. 

06. ISO 13628-8 ROV interface Valves are provided with standard ROV interfaceas per ISO 13628-8. And Neway could provide extension rod and other componentsto meet the customer's personalized operation needs. 

07. Cathodic protection The design all metallic components ensure theelectrical continuity; every valve, actuator and other connection devices canbe linked to cathodic protection system.
