Neway Oil Equipment: Deepening Green Intelligent Manufacturing, Building an Ecological Future
April 22nd marks the 57th World Earth Day, with this year’s theme being "Cherish Natural Resources and Protect a Beautiful China".
This theme is not only a global call for ecological conservation but
also the long-standing development belief upheld by Neway Oil
Equipment (NOE): rooted in the petroleum equipment sector, we use clean
energy as our brush and green factories as our canvas, striving to
deliver a blueprint for harmonious coexistence between humanity and
nature amid industrial upgrading and ecological protection.
NOE: Empowered by Clean Energy, Consolidating the Foundation for Green Development
As
a critical pillar of the energy industry, the oil equipment
manufacturing sector has long been labeled as "high energy consumption
and high emissions." However, NOE firmly believes that industrial
development and ecological protection are never contradictory—true smart
manufacturing must be green and sustainable.
From being selected as one of the third batch of Suzhou AAA-level Green Factories
to building a full-process green development system, we have always
integrated a "green DNA" into every link of R&D, production, and
operations, practicing the philosophy of "Ecological Priority, Green Development" with tangible actions.
Building Green Factories, Implementing Full-Process Environmental Protection
To
address climate change and reduce carbon emissions, the promotion and
application of clean energy are pivotal. NOE has embedded clean energy
into all production and operational processes, empowering smart
manufacturing with green power.
Drawing
on green development experience within the Neway Group, we actively
promote the construction of photovoltaic power stations, converting
clean solar energy into production power and helping reduce operational
carbon footprints. This initiative aligns with the green practices of
Neway Valve’s solar photovoltaic power generation project—replacing
traditional energy with renewable energy to inject new vitality into the
low-carbon industrial transition.
Beyond
photovoltaic energy utilization, we also focus on details to
comprehensively improve energy efficiency. The entire plant adopts first-class energy-efficient variable-frequency air compressors to replace high-energy-consuming equipment and reduce redundant energy consumption; 100% LED lighting
is implemented across all facilities, embedding energy conservation
into daily operations. This makes "low carbon" a common baseline in
production workshops, truly achieving the green goals of "Energy Conservation, Consumption Reduction, and Continuous Improvement."
Upholding Green Aspirations, Embarking on a Journey of Sustainable Development
In terms of production purification,
we continuously optimize manufacturing processes and conduct eco-design
for products relying on our provincial-level technology center. This
reduces raw material and energy consumption at the source, realizing a
circular development model of "Reduction, Reuse, and Recycling"—making
production processes more environmentally friendly and efficient, and
achieving a win-win for both economic and environmental benefits.
In waste and pollutant management,
we strictly implement environmental self-monitoring plans, standardize
the disposal of exhaust gas, wastewater, and solid waste generated
during production, and learn from advanced industry practices to promote
solid waste recycling. We prevent excessive pollutant emissions and
uphold the bottom line of ecological environmental protection.
World Earth Day is never just a one-day ceremony, but a 365-day commitment.
NOE regards Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) as a core component of
sustainable development. We continuously update and improve our
management system, increase investment in green technology innovation,
elevate green manufacturing standards, strive to become a green industry benchmark enterprise, and contribute to achieving China’s "Dual Carbon" goals.
