In the subsea oil and gas exploitation system, the subsea valve not only needs to withstand extremely high working pressure and internal and external corrosion of the oil and gas medium, but also to ensure the maintenance free state of long-term use for 20 years. At present, only a few manufacturers in the world can provide products that fully meet the requirements, in order to break the monopoly of foreign technology, NOE has continued to tackle a series of key core technical problems such as high pressure sealing, seawater corrosion prevention, precision machining, and recently successfully obtained the type test certificate of new products of subsea instrument valves issued by DNV classification Society.
In this evidence collection, NOE selected an subsea instrument valve prototype with temperature PU level (-29-121C), water depth of 2000 m, and 1 inch of 10,000 PS, and carried out PR2F test, life test and high pressure chamber simulation test in strict accordance with the standards of AP| 17D. After more than 600 times of full opening and full closing, The tested sealing performance can still meet the requirements of ISO 5208 Class A, achieving zero leakage of water and gas media. All testing processes are witnessed by the internationally renowned third party DNV(Norske Veritage), which lays a solid foundation for the industrial application of the equipment.
The success of this project not only adds new members to the NOE subsea product family, but also speeds up the domestic development process of supporting equipment for deep-sea oil and gas subsea production system, promotes the wide application of high-tech domestic equipment in the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas resources, and provides more reliable equipment support for improving the domestic energy self-sufficiency rate and ensuring national energy security.
