Neway Oil Equipment (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and is one of the five business divisions under the Neway Group (SSE 603699).

The company adheres to the operational philosophy of Neway Group, dedicated to the research, development, and production of reliable oil and gas drilling equipment. Through continuous innovation, it provides customers with comprehensive engineering solutions for various working conditions, meeting the health, safety, and environmental requirements of the oil and gas industry.

The company integrates R&D, production, and sales, and has initially developed a series of products centered around wellhead oil (gas) production equipment, choke and kill manifolds, high-pressure valves, and more. Its products are exported to countries and regions such as the Middle East, Americas, and Asia, accounting for over 90% of total sales. Strategic partnerships have also been established with multiple overseas agents and distributors.

Neway Group has been engaged in the oil equipment business since 1998. Benefiting from the mature and advanced R&D and management expertise of the Neway Valve Division, as well as the high-quality raw materials independently produced and controlled by the Neway Industrial Materials Division, the Neway Oil Equipment Division has achieved rapid and stable business growth. At present, Neway Oil Equipment (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has obtained certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, API 6A, API 16A, API 16C, API 17D, API Q1, and TS 2710N10-2013. It has also secured CE-PED certification, CU-TR certification, as well as PR2 test witnessing certificates and PR2, fire resistance certificates issued by DNV and Lloyd's. The company possesses various advanced manufacturing and testing equipment, along with comprehensive technical and maintenance service capabilities.
